In early 2010, I Am Cassettes was formed by Josh Paschke (vocals/guitar) and Kevin Garcia (bass) The duo released their first EP, Lovers and Liars, in November 2010. The band grew to include Jon Levario on guitar and Darren Garcia on drums in Sept 2010, finally rounding out their current line-up with Ryan Shaw on guitar. Their sophomore EP Suitcase life was released in October 2011.
